No paid leaves at all Staff is unprofessional Salary they claim to give a good amount through ads but in reality they don't even give the basic salary as per the market Office politics Your original documents will be with them throughout your job Even the bare minimum requirements are not fulfilled like AC Fan, you'll have to sit there and smell your palms and feet stink but they won't put on the AC

There is no set criteria as to what their educational staff has to do. You will be picked out of nowhere to do jobs of 4 people alone. If I have to sum it up, nothing is there to protect the teachers, working hours. If you're doing good you'll 'Appreciated' so much so that you'll feel ashamed of yourself because now your co-workers are made feel less about. And if you make the tiniest mistake, you get reprimanded brutally. I feel horrible while writing this but Rainbow International is built on very weak pillars. My request to the school is to stop climbing on the shoulders of their frontline staff in the name of competition. Do better!

Got to learn at lot from the institution,self growth was there working culture was the best self development had happened got to learn a lot from the superiors till date missing the working style pattern but can't help bcoz the response was very bad when tried to re join

When it come to need of personal family issue ,or health issue zero consideration was done despite saying give me few days I will be back still no consideration nd very bad response...when tried to talk about clearing the situation
