Company offers good learning environment. There is so much we can learn about the supply chain.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Owners micro management. Due to her behaviour no employee stays for longer period in the period. Till the time an employee learns his/her job, they start switching for better environment. Company needs to improve its retention rate so as for smooth operation in all departments. No company is productive without the positive and harmonious environment.

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
