I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Boss are toxic, no management, no leave policy or leave on festival, if you take a leave they will ask thousand of question why you are taking leave? where are you going? Is it that necessary, etc. Below average salary always demotivate employee by saying stuff like you are useless, disappointed no matter how hard you work for them and will never appreciate your work.
