I was interviewed on 17th April, 2024 by Hr Arushi Sachdeva, Swarangi bisht and Abhishek Tanwar. I was selected for AR profile with a certain package and i agreed with them. Hr Arushi committed that you'll got the offer by 10-15 days and all the documentation was done with in a few days. Then i took the relieving from my previous employer on 4th may, 2024. Since Then i took some follow ups by hr team and they keep saying that we will confirm your joining by next week so and so. I got a call on 26 may, 2024 by HR Abhishek Tanwar that you have to share some declaration and address details, i said ok. Then he said your name is in Credit balance profile and your joining will be in credit balance department and i said OK. Then he said your package will be XYZ and i was shocked because it was less then my previous package and I was committed by the HR with a different package along with a certain hike. Then i asked him how is possible and how could i degrade my package like this then he said your name got selected in credit balance profile by HR Swarangi bisht and in this profile the maximum we can give you XYZ package. I asked him that i want to consult with HR Swarangi if he can give me the contact details then he denied by saying "i can't give you the contact details" this is the only offer we can provide you. Then i told him that how is possible when i was selected for AR profile and with a certain package and now you're degrading my package like this. He has no answer So denied to join for this profile. I don't know where it comes from but this is the situation fokof HR management in R1. Till now i'm struggling to manage my expenses, have to pay rent and i do have other responsibilities. I waited for this opportunity above a month because they keep postponing the joining by next and next week which was a false commitment by them. I leave my previous organization by there commitment and since then i'm unemployed and now they're not even accepting their responsibilities and there's no proper answer from there end. This company's management is unorganised. Target are unrealistic/unachievable. OT is just an illusion.
