Hello guys, I’m working as Senior Customer Associate in R1. I’m looking to move in IT field, i have to 2 option to choose Data Analyst or Automation . I never used any language or software, I’m only aware about excel. My question is kindly suggest me the best one for future growth or as per the market.

You’ll likely find that it’s easier to pick up with your current skill set, and there’s a strong demand for data analysts. Once you get the hang of it, you can always pivot into Automation later. Both have excellent long-term growth opportunities, though.

It’s less about coding at first and more about understanding data patterns. If you're leaning towards coding and process improvement, Automation could be a great fit, but it might require more time to get familiar with the technical skills needed.
