R1 as organization is an amzing workplace. But the management is not at all upto the mark. They don't know at all how to manage things. You cannot work on jugaad when you are professional. And the management totally works on jugaad.

Dislikes

Management is the biggest draw back. No one on one sessions with the senior management. Only immediate supervisor take the one on one session but there is no resolution if you have problem with the immediate supervisor. I got my salary delayed thrice because of management carelessness.

Work Details

Good as I was an experienced employee. I used to cope up with things with the help of own knowledge. No such good training and all with management side.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
