Useless just they want to waste peoples time.

They have no time value and always want to waste time of others. I gave an interview and got selected and they asked me to upload my documents and after that the rude HR Akshitha asked for payslips from my previous employer. As I failed to take them I told her I don't have them and she said it's ok. And with this matter she wasted my time saying to call me again later all the time. The night before the joining date she made the consultancy people say me that it's mandatory to have payslips as per the company policy and I said them I can't waste my time anymore but the consultancy person convinced me and next day when I called the HR talked rudely to me saying that the batch has already started and I'm not needed. After approximately 15 days the Manager Abhishek called me and I gave a clear explanation about my previous rejection and he said it's alright I will look into it and call you and all I had to remind him 4-5 times and every time he told the same. Then again he made the consultancy person call me and tell the same thing as previously. I got frustrated and asked him but he said he will get back to me once he go through it. But it's been a month I still did not get any call or message from him. I wonder for what they need my documents for when they don't wanna hire me!...Read More
