The HR people made so many promises while joining the company, but there was nothing of that kind,

Dislikes

There is no worklife balance and even R1 watchman is more mature than HR people, They have so many deductions in salary the management is not good. They force extend your to extend your shift and login on week off to meet there targets. Hell lot of pressure put on you by TL and manager to complete target.

It is the worst company to start with. lot of politics, lot of work pressure, forget about week off need to work 24/7 to reach target. They treat employees like labourers humiliation, demotivation is all what they do instead of supporting and helping freshers to reach target. No professionalism managers speak very harshly no respect towards their employees.horrible company.

Horrible company and management ,there is nothing that an employee would like in this company.training is a big night mare here.no proper training provided but u need to reach 100% production.
