They did the yearly appraisal on time, promotion happened on their cycle, internet allowances, gratitude allowances, top up options in medical insurance, internal Job Postings were ongoing already. No mass layoffs of the employees from the organisation.

Terrible work life balance. Employees are forced to work beyond work hours with no OT. Average working hours per day sum up to 12-14hours for most employees. No learning or growth opportunities. Bad leadership and people management. Work culture is top to down approach which is very unlike any corporate. No transparency.

No Work life balance, bad people leaders, extremely unethical professional culture, poor HR policies towards employees well-being, poor inclusion and diversity. No proper KRAs or unrealistic KRAs assigned beyond the job role of an employee. Growth stagnantation and poor hikes (1-5% on usual and 7-10% on promotion)

The job is quite unusual. Most employees here are hired for one job but are made to do 4 or 5 more at the gun shot of losing their jobs if they dnt. Pandemic has made survival at its worst.

R1 Not have floor mentor and trainers at Chennai location. So it's difficult to learn new things and give good performance. Management is forced to work at every weekend , reason is manager is not good handling at working weeks.

Worst worst worst 😞 The mentorship system at R1 is one of the worst I’ve seen. Instead of guiding and supporting employees, it feels more like a tool to push people out. Many of my colleagues were forced to resign, and some were even terminated right in front of me. If you try to raise these issues with upper management, nothing changes. They simply ignore the problems, and the toxic cycle continues. There’s no real support, no fair opportunities—just pressure and uncertainty. Nothing to like in this company, no work life balance and no respect for others efforts. Giving threats on every minor mistake and micro management. Team leads should have been trained before giving them teams to handle

Almost Everything..no work-life balance on every Saturdays they ask to do OT or Friday starch without any compensation. In terms of Salary if you compare to another company you will find it on in between. No promotion if you're not a a$$ licker. Work satisfaction is a joke there.. I don't want to write such things because I never did this to any company but this bu!!-shit
