It has been more than 1yr in the organisation for me and I see many ups and downs since then. But the management was always supportive with the employees giving them chances to discuss their problems, giving relevant solutions and most of all, R1 has a job security. In fact, in the recession time the company did not do any layoffs.

Dislikes

Frankly, I couldn’t think of any one right now. But I might say that for the past few months, the company didn’t give most of the experienced candidates as much hike as they deserved.

I like the culture of the company. One can ask any doubt from superiors without hesitation. The information flows through grapevine resulting in quick flow and friendly environment.

Dislikes

The onboarding process is somewhat tiring and slow. Sometimes IT department closes tickets without resolutions of the problems.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
