1. Lack of insight whilst committing timelines of projects to customers 2. Terrible coordination and support from both higher managerial positions and workforce 3. No job description even after insisting upon the same 4. Unrealistic demands on timelines and pathetic resource allocation 5. No training to freshers leading to working with clueless subordinates who have no idea how to execute a simple task 6. Work Details

The projects received by the company are top notch but on a generic front the organization is highly under staffed. Excellent learning and execution opport are thereby tarnished by poor planning. Generally worked extended hours with poor work life balance
