there is nothing to like in this company 12hr working shift, salary delay by two month later, no leave government holiday only 5 and if this 5 out of 3 comes in sunday or monday or any other days management when shifted week off on that day for whole year, no job security, no educate senior,

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
