Just had one bad experience with on of the VP ( Niraj Mehta) very bad & egoistic attitude. Qx should be very careful while choosing their leaders. Leaders like him can be liability for the company. God bless him.

The positive ratings that have been given are by most of the persons in the BU CEO office or HR. Out of 1700 employees ( as claimed by HR) 400-500 are trainees and only 13 reviews on ambition box and most being from one particular department. Co. keep changing names to show they have higher rating. No transparency, no 2 way communication, only instructions from Management. Staff in BU CEO team get promotion every year but the ones who actually are involved in operation wont get it even in 10 years. Management try to show competitor companies in poor light, instead of improving their own company . If client give negative feedback without reason then you have had it, instead of getting employee's perspective on the same, Qx management will already treat you guilty and ask for explanation and such explanation meetings take place on daily basis for 3-4 hours till the matter is resolved. For no fault of employee they make him apologise. The explanation calls are like interrogation of some criminal, they dont consider the number of years you worked for them at that time....Read More

Working atmosphere are very friendly and top management are directly connected to the middle and intial level employees to because of that employees feels very special, In pendamic company has launched furlong scheme therefore many employees are able to survive so in terms of Job security QX is the best organization.

There is nothing as such dislike about QX but i would love to give feedback for L&D team to focus on personality development of employees it will help organisation to becomemore competent.
