The company culture is excellent. You can learn many things which will enhance your skills.

The process of promotion/appraisal is very bad. They can't justify this even you can't do meeting with management for the same. The timing of taking decisions by management is wrong every time. They can introduce any rules anytime.

Performance are not reviewed frequently and less chance of growth if you have stucked in the process. Pramotions are not frequently.

Everything. Management is highly Biased. There will be delayed response on everything by HR, Recruitment team, Management, IT & Admin. Admin is Rude to everyone. Management is highly inactive.

Many things are good like all shifts are UK shifts and have a weekly off. You are not stretching unnecessarily. Meal facility and cab facility are decent.

Dislikes

At times things are too hidden and you are not sure what exact compensation you get. Really missed getting appreciated during my tenure there.
