Worst company ever I seen, Toxic work culture, Too much micromanagment, at my time of joining itself initial date of joining was given one and later it was changed, there is very lack of communication between HR and managers. There is no drop facility available if employee leave late night. You need to go by your own expense. Unprofessional work approach with juniors. No cafeteria facility at Mumbai office. Work policy: Initially it was wfh, and after 5 months they started calling office.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Awesome work culture. This company focus on more employee centric. Regular feedback.lot of other benefits like cab meals...it's awesome company to work. Different type of training.

Dislikes

Just increments are not up to the mark . Everything else too good.
