Nothing it's just a horrible company

Dislikes

It's not a true registered company it's just a drop servicing company where they play as mangers and CEOs but in reality they don't have a management or policies. They will introduce policies on their own and they don't have a proper recruiting methods. They don't respect employee's privacy and they don't even have private cloud ordomain. They just use free gmail or outlook accounts for official communication. They take employees properties . There is no PF and no medical amenities or life insurance also please find an proper company....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
