There is no perfect company in Corporate companies. all are same.They will use you until their work gets done that's it.

There is no work flexibility. there is no remote job offers. off course everyone remove remote but that is not good.There is no vouchers for Upskilling.

I like the hybrid nature of work.

Salary hikes are non existant. Same with promotions. In my 2+ years of service here I have only experienced appraisal cycle once as they skip a few cycle by giving lame excuses and even in the single appraisal ALL the employees were given appraisal in a range of 2-5%, irrespective of their current ctc.

Current Location of company-bangalore (huge traffic, expense city & pollution).If the location will be some where North India i.e Indore,Bhopal, Vadodara then definitely it will great company for the people because most people came from North India.

No recognition of work, Managment (Project manager and team leader) is full time busy in favoritism and reginal politics. Very poor approach to allocate project to a resource when moved to bench. Reporting manager will never reply to your calls and massages or mails as if they are just counting days to move you out. There is no opportunity to learn new things.

Managers tourture and poor appraisals, poor salary, poor compensation and benifits, less amount for shift working peaple, poor appraisal process and lot of office politics, if asked for the reason for not giving appraisal no one is taking responsibility and who are working are poor fellows

Company is totally on Core industries like embedded,mechanical branch work.clients are good in core like mediatek,exilmobil etc. Yet to grow in IT industries.

Dislikes

Hikes are in single digit not even crossing 5%.Employee will stay if hikes are good. Projects are not much. If hired for any client and if in future client goes off then very less chances to get another client.better to look outside if on bench.
