Company is totally on Core industries like embedded,mechanical branch work.clients are good in core like mediatek,exilmobil etc. Yet to grow in IT industries.

Dislikes

Hikes are in single digit not even crossing 5%.Employee will stay if hikes are good. Projects are not much. If hired for any client and if in future client goes off then very less chances to get another client.better to look outside if on bench.

Company seems to be in serious financial stress. Hikes postponed by 6 months without arrears and the hikes were so low. Performance based bonus payout was so low since last 3-4 years. Stagnentation everywhere. No growth to be seen anywhere. Top leadership is clueless.

Only good thing is onsite opportunity at Sweden in 2021. Now due to unavailability of assignments and with no vision to expand in Sweden , then remaining headcount is 7 billing employee and 1 HR and 1 manager(with no use)

No support for employee situation Relocation policy are changed timetotime condering company benefits. I got 27K INR, when I moved from Pune(India) to Sweden which is rubbish Quest only says it is a service based company but they are not capable or willing to keep buffer employee. They asked each employee to leave the position in Sweden or come back to India on last day of working assignment. HR is soo childish that, they expected employee should catch the flight back to India on same day when it is last day at client location. They don't care or don't want to consider they there are also exit formalities at client side as well which needs to be completed on last day only.
