Environment wasn't very good. It was like a school. I remember meeting a person in leadership position and in the first interaction, he told me you either work or you will be thrown out of the company. Leadership had a very conservative thinking, they had no risk taking ability. There was no clear career growth plan set out. I was hired through campus placement, and the position they advertised, during interview process (Delivery Manager Trainee), wasn't even there in the company. I don't like to work. Quest is not a company....just manpower supply firm to customer.

1. Variable pay system and no benefits as money only showing in paper....company can decide the variable pay based on billing from client. 2. Managers are not trained for discipline and just for pushing the team with our knowing the job. 3. Notice period 90days...aim to target the employer carrier and loosing the opportunity and targeting and sending the employees with out benefits. 4.
