Nothing is good for workers.

First of all this comapny totally harass the employees physically mentally and financially as well. The manager has a policy he recruits the labours only when there is a lot of pressure of work and after completion of work he used to fire them illegally by making nonsense disputes and issues. Even he pressurises the worker upto that limit the worker bounds to leave himself. As they had a policy without 15 days notice period if someone quit then 15 days salary cuts from workers salary. The other things are there is no PF and ESI facility. If someone demands for it then he has to deduct the whole amount from his side like insted of 10% or, 12% of salary deduction as pf its is deducted 20% or 24% from the salary. The other thing is that there is an autocratic environment in the company. The do what whatever they want. No restricted holidays only two in a year. No overtime for service engineers whether they come late night. There are manymore things for which i have no words to say. The condition of workers is so bad and drastic. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
