Low value of supervisor, unnecessary high workloads, provoking for arguments, no balance between in house and client work, triple work n reporting for same thing, lack of other departments support and facilities, NO APPRECIATION to supervisor, ur 3yrs back misses will b counted in current appraisal discussion, no right to speak about Manager or the parameters set, no hearing on points instead it may go to argumentative, less other supervisor support, system fights, Jack of many but master of none product culture, no rewards, HR always busy, less of individual respect.
