If I’m being honest this company is actually supportive to their employees in this pandemic and this is very good thing as if we see in the market most of the people lose their jobs and Quatrro is still providing the essential facilities like work from home

We are still doing WFH from march. Not a single employee lost his job and face any deduction in salary. They provide system as well but and reimbursement for data. They also give appraisel during lockdown amount is less than as expected but still in this pandemic we understand.

If you are lucky you can find good TL or AM, but other than that there is no communication between Higher Management and Junior staff (specially Band 1A,B).

-Tech Training is not upto the mark, Training is for the formality. -Not much support on floor, you have to struggle yourself for resolution as there is no study material to get help from, you can just google for any technical issue. -Nothing to learn -No Work-life balance. -Transport is also very pathetic. -Not even much option in canteen during night shift. -Working bay infrastructure is pathetic(Very old and dull, Even various issues with computers and seating arrangements)....Read More
