In 2018, 20 mangers leave the company without any reason coz management told them leave the company. I will prefer for everyone don't join Quatrro because they know how to play a games with the employees they will make rule and Regulations ownhand after that suddenly they will break either change and one more thing if will do complain against anyone they will not do solutions they create.. and transport facilities like a you are boarding the cab from highway can't explain.. One of the worst company in the word. Management like dictators they think they are superiors and can do anything with the employees. Unorganised so called Raman Roy's company. If you know how to buttering. Then you will get the all benefits. If you joined Quattro being here for more than 2 years. Def you will get job in high branded company that's damn sure.

Top level management has to be change. You will not even get cab on time. No night shift allowance, No team out not even a team huddle with in team. You will not get recognition even if you work hard. More over you have to pay for coffee. Nothing is free.

Higher Management is supportive and very generous like the CEO and HR Global Head. Responding to my request over an email, both CEO and HR Global Head not only responded but planned and implicated "PARENTAL LEAVE OF 14 DAYS". I can never express my gratitude towards the top management in words.

Ground level management is very poor and Deputy level managers does act like boss. Leadership is missing and certainly some sort of clarification is required about job profiles. Work Force Management executives had no usuage or even access of WFM and RTA tools. Manual ticket creation, checking for brakes and assigning the new tickets was the main task for WFM team. WFM assignee was required to remember the agents to view and respond on their own tickets every 4 hours. So WFM and learning associated tools was never an option there. Job security is an issue as of now. Dirty politics in the Network departments. They have started MSP departments without any market knowledge they hire people as manager and director and within 2-3 months they immediately fired them. I will request any networking and security engineer wanted to join this company please don't join. Your skillset will get wasted and get diminished.
