Company is very punctual about the shift timings. Transportation is very convenient. Company doesn't believe in extending working hours so they allocate the work in such a way that every employee can complete their work within the shift.

Dislikes

Work environment is good but HR policies and company policies are very bad. Very slow growth in terms of money and position. Work structure is very bad and company doesn't have any potential clients due to which there is no steady work flow so company will move you to different teams throughout the year. Policies are always employer centric not Good for employees.

Work Details

Work structure is quite like walking into a straight line, that means there is no challenge and no learning at all. Everybody follow the same routine everyday and new ideas and different work strategies are not welcome.
