If you want to ruin your career join here. There is nothing positive about this place. Joined in as first batch, to this day the life of employees degraded to slave . The Chinese managers think of you as a slave , the culture is Chinese so brace yourself they don't understand a word you say and the translator will try to sweet talk out of the issue you are having. Less compensation more work even your health doesn't matter to them . HR is pathetic to the point they make you leave the company if you say no to anything to them. If you still insist on joining check your offer letter as everything is performance based here and 60% of your CTC is on your performance. All the best for joining this hell hole....Read More
