we highly participate in improving systems and products and we also participate in the presence of safe products on the market I like that we find issues and correct them before customers receive the products

With the limited budget and limited time, QA teams are often forced to compromise on the quality the very thing they were hired to oversee. This kind of circular, domino effect seems to be the biggest complaint voiced by QA professionals across the world

Good work environment and teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Every day target is fullfilled in production department and quality inspector department.

Dislikes

There is a lot of rules and politics , targets. There is a 3 years contract labour work .no salary increment and bonus is slow everyday target full filled and attend must be 90% in every year . Canteen food is not good.

The job is quite interesting. There was a formal training session. I learn everything on the job . I gain more knowledge in quality inspector department .
