Dislikes

Shift extenders, no work life balance, mental harrasment, weekend works, target they are giving to us which is not possible in a day. If you don't complete your daily target then you can't go home to less salary for to much work. If you are late for for office then they cut your half day salary

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
