QTS is a logistics company and deals with GPRS tracking system.In this company I have learnt many things how to handle team and support them. I also learn how to gprs track everything and benefits of tracking.I am also part of Manangement here so I also learn many things of management.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

QTS is logistics company so it's service industry, we have to work here almost 24 hour. So I have no times for family or friends.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
