Dislikes

No skill development, no work culture, Only 3-4 employees are there only. Terrible experience. Good for those who don't want to work and get a free salary because no one monitoring you. The Senior Manager(GM) not doing his job properly & doesn't even respond on time. If you are trying to separate from the company then you treat asan enemy, and no one gives you a reply on time. At the time of my separation, I begged for my final document in front of the company's HR and My reporting Manager. NOTE: Don't ever go with the GM's words because at the time of hiring this man do so many promises to you but after joining you will be aware of all the tricks....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
