I was frustrated there. Owner of Qdexi is so conservative person. He take decisions any time without asking anyone. Applicable rules on employees without think about pros and cons of his decisions. He want to make an multinational company in very low budget. He continuously costs cutting from existing employees and give hike to new employees without asking about their previous knowledge and experience....Read More
