The CEO and the management team, back bitting is always there. You can't trust on anyone. If you discuss anything related to organization/management/working, it will be conveyed to the Management guys. And then the whole torture starts. There is no policy, all good guys already leave. Quality of the product is pathetic. All business accounts they have is due to backdoor practices. If you are a boot licker, you may can survive even though you don't know when and why you will be kicked out. The Software Development team is lead by a guy who joins the organization as fresher (the biggest boot licker). They hire the development peoples from Universities campus, use them for 3-6 months, once the cruciality of the project/module is over then you can be kicked out at any time. They try to be so good and caring but the real face hide behind the good picture. If you are doing good, the Software team lead will make sure to demoralize and on any of your silliest mistake, you will be fired ASAP so that there will be no contender in-front of him. No salary timeline, can deduct/delay salary at any moment of time, out station compensation is extremely low, you can't even have the road side food in that amount.
