Perks and benefits are truly attractive. Work environment is dull.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Workload is highly challengable. Benefits are attractive but growth is very slow. It is true there is no on the job trainings but i have to cover the traings to the fresher. There is no time limit until i finish my daily task.

Work Details

It is very hectic. Always busy. I have to look after purchase and general accounts and store management. I have to manage demand and supply on daily basis.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
