It's a German base MNC, and on timely we always followed guidelines which is issued by Government authorities. Specifically in Covid 19 situation we allowed all Employees to work from home. Time to time company take cares of all employees. Here in Q-railing, all employees are secured with there jobs even though post results from Covid 19 effects. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
