Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You

The work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 10 - 12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late in to the night. Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take care back my suggestions most of times.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after sales and service. As long as i get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience.
