You will have direct contact and work along with Founders, CTOs and Product Owners and will be given an opportunity to become an architect and will get a chance to implement all the latest tools and features of the language you're using. Frequent appraisals were given. You will be encouraged to try new things.

Dislikes

Not believing developer's point of view on implementing any feature or system. It may take a some time to prove that particular things will not work as they expected as each languages have their own features and benefits. Exit operations may happen abruptly in some cases, and in some cases opportunities will be given to improve oneself. Apart from these two dislikes, it is a very good company to work with and to develop oneself as a talented professional.
