There is too much partiality in the teams, the one who is favourite of manager will get appraisal disregards of the performance of that employee. Fake promises to the clients for work which can't be achieved. Put u in any project disregards of your skill set. They will pay u promote u p n tha basis of internal performances mainly in TDR and not on project performance.
