Almost no learning, no advanced tools are being used to deliver project. They have been giving <5% increment for last 2 years straight. They lure new joiners by giving a good jump, but increments are negligible. No exposure to clients

Nothing to like, full of internal politics. Managers and senior managers are thinking themselves as running the company. Directors are of no use. No interaction of higher management with employees and their well being.

Firing employees without any reason. No employee friendly . No promotions , favouritism at its peak. Mangers and senior managers are chamchas of directors. No development projects. Worst company to join for any technical person. Only scrum master and business analysts are being promoted. It have a good work culture and the management supports the on bench folks to get trained on new technologies.

Dislikes

too much pressure to clear certifications even if the candidate doesn't want to go ahead with any sort of certifications. Ask to abscond the technologies which you have learned and are the foundation of your skillset and to move into a new technology which will be very new. This happens even with experienced people having 6-8 years of experience.

Micro management Too much admin related work ( hampers your actual work ) Lot of trainings ( you have to do work as usual but have to complete all the trainings in your personal time ) Culture is to work for 11-12 hours a day during the busy season ( They have a note of every minute you spend on what task which is just irritating) I got health issues due to PWC culture and resigned recently. You have to pre plan holidays before 3 months. You are expected to work on national holidays and weekends during the busy season ( Jan - June : 6 months is too much ) They will call the work flexible but you have to dedicate all the time with laptop to charge the expected hours everyday. Promotions and Increment are not based on performance. 80% of Sr. Managers and Directors does not have leadership skills. Handful of Directors and Sr.Managers are the decision makers and others are there just for name sake. Gives very less hike to existing employees and hires people without the right skills externally by giving a huge compensation. Has bell curve Layoffs happen often and they tell employees not to disclose it Special consideration and quota for promotions of women employees and most of them gets promotion without meeting any eligibility criteria Performance reviewal mechanisms are there for name sake. Everything is based on bias. Work time is close to 16hours a day, with meetings with Onsite(US) teams starting as early as 7am eventhough shift timing would be 2pm to 10pm... Hired resources with no relevant experience about the work and expecting that the resource will perform superb at the work which he does not have any knowledge. There is no hob security, they will put you on PIP( performance improvement program) any time by giving you lame reasons. No work life balance as they will ask you to work even on weekends or on your holiday.
