I am working with pwc since 5 years on third party payroll. Work culture is good here, team bonding and team members is also supportable. And I am lucky that I got change Work with Big4 MNC company.

Lots of training materials but you can commit to those after working hours. So basically after 10-12 hrs of working if you have energy you can take up those courses People lack empathy Managers are useless they do not contribute to work at all

Very high work pressure. Unrealistic expectations No salary increase after good rating. Snapshots are needed for appraisal but bo senior person complete it. I hate everyday working here . You will not get time to learn, study new tech .. exhausted with existing project work.

PwC has great 150 year of legacy. Employee are quite well.

Dislikes

Recently they face some financial problem due to hire lot of partners in one go. So they fired/bothered their employee. You cannot imagine work life balance till you are here. Salary increment is less attractive. You need to manage a lot of assignment, travel etc. and work till late nights. They called it PwC flexibility. They continuously lost their glory and reputation in the market so most of the project took off from it recently....Read More

A great place to leverage the learning facilities the firm provides and a lot to learn with/without the team.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. No empathy towards the freshers by the senior rankers, and heck lot of favouritism. Foremost, no seriousness about the promises they make during induction "Empathy, Care, Respect, blah blah". It's nowhere like that.
