They have no such a good policy about promotions and yearly gift, unnecessary delay in onboarding and offboarding, sudden layoffs in the name of trainings.

If you get a supportive team then you may survive for long run otherwise its hard to survive there, just for sake of Experience & tag of big four you can join. But if your team is toxic then you may face stress & depression everyday w.r.t time sheets ,work allocation. Leaders are totally useless & inefficient when it comes to HR & admin Department. Shakir Iqbal, Pemanand, Karthi Palanikumar are pathetic employees and have no work ethics. Vikas Aggarwal - Director from the contingent Workforce management team is one the most incompetent leader I have seen. He regularly abuses his team & gives no growth. Should be fired immediately on compliance ground.

Managements are reachable. They will listen to your queries. Year end bonus is a plus.

Dislikes

Long working hours including Saturday Sundays. So called year end break but you will never going to available. Working culture is like 24/7. No personal life. Work life balance is a myth.

When I was hired they confirmed me that the work will match my previous job role and structure, later I found that I need to compete with the CA's on Financial Services and statements. As a B.tech and Masters in Business Analytics it was not a cup of tea for me. Still I tried to my best , one day I visited my Senior Manager and asked her to put me to some desired project I explained the situation I mentioned above , I was shocked to know the same person interviewed me and with a Question mark on serious note she was telling me Aren't you from the Financial Background? I was shocked and stunned. Phase 2- I suddenly had a serious medical urgency with my dad , with a critical Spine Surgery, I took the WFH permission from my Leads and HRBP on the same, still with each day I was humiliated . I was completing my work after coming back from hospital from 8.30pm at night till 4am in the morning , instead of any Thanks or Appreciated mail I was getting a call from my Manager and she was claiming myself a Shit in work culture, I was not claiming any extra amount for my work . After all these I came out of PwC without any offer because for me keeping my mental health to be stable is a big issue....Read More

pathetic toxic environment , mostly the support teams like HR and FInance are full of incompetent people . no work culture in support teams , no support to employees. Exit experience is pathetic .

There is a lot of learning opportunity and if you are willing to do the hard yards, you will get recognition from the upper management for your good work.

Dislikes

Too Much unnecessary work pressures and tight deadlines. Also, they expect you to work in multiple projects simultaneously. Mostly the leads are totally work-focussed so your work life balance is not a concern for anyone.

There is no job security. You can lose your job anytime. Also, the salary is lowest among the big 4s. They give peanuts in terms of appraisal every year.
