It has been great experience working in PwC India for last 2 years. Overall work culture, job satisfaction and quality of work is really good. Also everyone is very supportive whenever needed. Medical Insurance policy is great though copay is raised to 15% from this year. Hybrid work policy is another key aspects here.

Dislikes

...s for learn things as work pressure remains constant and high most of the times. Also compensation wise, PwC is renowned but unfortunately last year hike percentage was very bad. Hope this will improve from the coming years.

PwC is a good company to be honest. I am based at kolkata location and they give like very good salary hike if you join them, the yearly appraisals are also quite handsome. Work environment is also fantastic and everybody helps you.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, but one thing is that PwC values CA more than a graduate with 5-6 year's of experience. They will always go for the CA guy's irrespective of how he will work in an SDC setup, where we generally work with foreign client's and I have seen many CAs with no MNC experience struggle, but still.

sometimes there is a huge salary gap amongst same designation employees which needs to be fixed

"Much cry, little wool" They will show you big dreams regarding appraisal, bonus, promotion but nothing as such is given. You are expected to work 12- 14 hours daily or even more. If you are not working that much then it will seems as you are underperforming. No work life balance, no personal life. You are expected to take no leave even you have some personal tragedy in your life. Seniors exploit juniors to work more. I would suggest to keep away from it.

If they call back to offices Lesser pay as compared to market. New joinee Associates are getting equal or better pay than Old Senior Associates Daily 8-9 hours work, you have to work with different team if there is no work in your team. No learnings from work, Seniors will allocate you those works they won't want to do.
