Management and their org hierarchy is very good , you can reach anyone without hesitation , Open door policy and except HR's these guys are ridiculous , they can hire people from outside with highpay without retaining existing employee and they don't negotiate when you put down paper , they will give you LWD without second thought.

Dislikes

only HR team, and some managers(mostly Tamilians) who are really gives you nightmares and asking what did you done for today especially for you if he don't like you because you are not Tamilian, They will spoil you in long run once they send mail about this issue your growth is over in this company , TC/CL's won't care if you are victim.

Employee friendly and challenging work Great place to work if you want work-life balance. Work changes by department, I enjoy mine. Pay is good, bit could be better. Overall good place to work for advisory services.

I worked in PwC for nearly 3 years in tax domain. I think this is the worst company and my worst decision too to join this company. Seniors are pathetic. They won't support you. But yes in front they will be very helpful and will praise you. But at the time of appraisal the same seniors will show their true colors in front of your people managers and will your growth. Never join this company at junior level. They will mostly give you print work which an office boy can also do. Your hard work will never be recognised....Read More
