...ell because of work load. All they want is daily counts/ targets to be achieved. No additional pay or incentives for OT. Higher management will never listen to what you say. They only know to talk and defend for themselves . Contractors are treated very bad. They'll hire them and kick them out whenever they want to.

...k is not good. If you only want money and not learning then you should go there. Pay is also not some fancy just okay okay.

No work life balance. culture is also not good, everyone looks for shifting own responsibility to another. You'll learn nothing, monotonous work. They'll allot department as per their requirement not as per your interest, they'll shift you internally in many departments as per their requirement. Overall bad working experience.

Likes

The pay is good for a CA fresher hired in campus. Suitable for working women since it's remote working. Offices are not made compulsory yet. Flexible timings. Depending on sector alloted, Assurance is busy only for 2 quarters, Q3 and Q4. The rest is so lean, on somedays we just sat idle.

...s not so lucrative bonus and increment policies. The bonus year is July to June. December Freshers were given a meagre 11% hike on last July's salary. This was without considering the 5% market correction hike in this January. In July we received only the balance 6% hike. Many felt cheated. Work life balance can be an issue. Since US teams start working in our evenings, many times we need to work late or attend late meetings. Hence it's not a conventional 10 to 6.30 job. It extends sometimes to 9 or even 10. With time, we have learnt we need to fit our hobbies and home life in between breaks. Because the work keeps coming and going without any time limit

...rk life balance at PWC SDC you will be working From the morning Till Late night. however, Pay scale is good. my personal opinion Do Not Join PWC SDC at All.

They basically report to engagement teams who are located in different countries ( US & Europe). So the structure is like a Senior Manager working from India is afraid of an Associate sitting in UK. Now guess if you are an associate. Also no job security. They keep firing their employees for petty reasons.

Dislikes

No work recognition, no timely promotion, very less increment, peanut size bonus.
