... discussions are a bit frustrating since the hr wont budge to your negotiations. Hence the salary wont be what is expected when moving companies.

...e is enough potential for growth if you like to work in the offshore segment. 2. The salary is good. 3. Good experience if you want to move out of India in other AC's or Onshore teams. Although there have been less opportunity to move to the onshore team recently.

Dislikes

1. There is no concept of work life balance. There seems to be busy season all around the year specially in EUM and TMT Industry. 2. If your manager has a habbit of micromanagement then it is going to be very difficult to grow in your job. 3. Minimal to no client facing audit experience.

Competitive Salary Working experience with clients from developed countries like European countries and the USA. Frequent technology updates

Poor work-Life Salary hikes are stopped for small reasons or no reasons Employees are fired for no reason High performance does not matter when considering promotions and employee retention

...and Sr.Managers are the decision makers and others are there just for name sake. Gives very less hike to existing employees and hires people without the right skills externally by giving a huge compensation. Has bell curve Layoffs happen often and they tell employees not to disclose it Special consideration and quota for promotions of women employees and most of them gets promotion without meeting any eligibility criteria Performance reviewal mechanisms are there for name sake. Everything is based on bias. Work time is close to 16hours a day, with meetings with Onsite(US) teams starting as early as 7am eventhough shift timing would be 2pm to 10pm... There will be many meetings round the clock and you will feel low everyday without getting proper sleep No recognition for the work

It's soo good in work culture, Trainings and effective leadership. Seniors are too good and approachable all time.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion cycle. Paid very less compared to other big 4 firms but pressure is equally same.
