Since, that firm was a beginning of my career in Accounts and Taxation field, I got to learn everything that a beginner needs to. It was an organisation which was free from any biasness and politics. If you wanna learn, you should join without giving a second thought but if you have any other requirements like perks other than monetory one's, you should try seeking some more organisation.

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Like most of the CA firms, working hours were not definite... But that was the case at my time. Maybe the situation has been changed overtime.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
