I am working in Publicis Sapient for past 10 years now. Two years back, my mother underwent open heart surgery and had to be hospitalized for 90 days due to her critical condition. My project manager and team was super supportive during whole period. I took the leaves during whole period, no one said a thing. Hospitalization charges were covered through special extended medical insurance. My performance appraisal was not affected by this. I even got promotion after 6 months. I see a good career graph for me in Sapient with new technologies integration. I have seen lots of people of the Java community doing trainings and certifications to work on new technologies. Work culture is good in Publicis Sapient in general. You have HR, Finance and IT people to help in any issue. Since all applications for administration are online, IT helpdesk provides solution easily. Salary hike and promotion are also good. Good work life balance. Regular session on preparing for different profession certification such as AWS, Azure, Mulesoft, etc. Bench policy is much better then other companies. Lot of opportunity for career growth.

Dislikes

Sometimes they took time to assign you new project after you released to the bench from your previous project on project completion. But as I already mentioned, bench policy is much better then other companies.o

The cafeteria is huge and we have small breakout areas near to our seats as well. We have unlimited coffee and tea access as Cafe Coffee Day machine is installed in our breakout area. I like the community of Publicis Sapient Java developer and how they organize meetups to stay connected across different projects. My project has open work culture where all employees are nurtured and empowered for future roles. I was provided training in advance over a year period when I was promoted to Team lead.

Dislikes

Sapient has GDD structure which is difficult to navigate sometimes.

Publicis is an amazing place to work at. Very flexible but that might depend on the team you're a part of. The work culture is very supportive and learning is good.

I've not been able to find a Con for this organisation in an year.

QA and QEs are not respected at all, Management thinks they can do with just freshers.

Dislikes

no respect for Testing roles, QE managers are fired randomly. There is no scope of growth of testing roles here
