Nothing. They are very good at fooling candidates while hiring.

1)Management is worst. 2)Hire and Fire(employees are useless when work/project is complete) 3)Fake promises to candidates that FXTE(fixed term employee) will be converted to permanent 4)Assigning wrong title(Devops for a developer) then need to take 12 to 13 tests and courses for just title change. 5)Team manager never speaks to team and speaks to team only if there is an issue. Manager doesn't know how to speak with team members. 6)Manager asks to overwork (16 to 18 hours). 7)Forced to take KT's even before relieving from previous company that too 15 days. 8)Join if you want to get trapped. 9) Harass employees to leave the company even before the contract. make the person in front of you resign without any reason The Publicis team enjoys showing each other in a bad light, however I want to know one thing, why was I made to resign when I have been on the log bench for over a year and even today. But I was still on the project in January

Like the office politics and toxicity, micromanagement and no appraisal. No appreciation, work time knows no limit. Long timers behaves like owners or company. They try to humiliate others in scrum calls. Very bad organization, forced resignation and unnecessary asked to leave.

Staffing team was so rude , if you don’t have any project for 10 days then they did not consider you as human . Very toxic staffing team . They share team chat in the mail if you reply 10 mins late . Really very unprofessional team . One of staffing team member name is Ananya Srivastva , she is very unprofessional . I heard from other team mates also , all of staffing team are like this only

Leadership is least bothered about what is happening at account/projects. They mean only profit margins. People are least priority. There is no org work culture as such, we have to just follow the culture of managers and leadership people. HRs are just for namesake :(

- Horrible salary - No people to people connect, no empathy - Upper Management is not reachable - Lots of politics and favoritism - All projects are super-aggressive with 10-11 hrs day being the usual norm. working weekend is very normal. Toxic work life overall. - No shift allowance, no overtime

If a rating of less than 1 star were possible, I would have chosen it. However, that option is not available. Here are some aspects that fall into the company of dislikes: Improper management, lack of corporate behavior, rude communication from staffing partners who act as if they are personally funding our salaries, and inadequate allocation of the proper tech stack for the project. I would have given less than 1 star if it was available but unfortunately it's not there. Here it's a list of things which would come under dislike. Management is not proper, no corporate behavior, staffing partners will talk very rudely to employees as if they are giving their own salary to us. No proper tech stack allocation for the project... Like this tons of issues we can list down.
