Nothing. They are very good at fooling candidates while hiring.
1)Management is worst. 2)Hire and Fire(employees are useless when work/project is complete) 3)Fake promises to candidates that FXTE(fixed term employee) will be converted to permanent 4)Assigning wrong title(Devops for a developer) then need to take 12 to 13 tests and courses for just title change. 5)Team manager never speaks to team and speaks to team only if there is an issue. Hardly anything. Maybe free access to learning resources like Udemy.
Worst company. They don't want you to have a work life balance, but you can try to have it by choice. But they want you to do work your socks off not only for the client, but they want you to do thought leadership sessions, automation assets. You should basically just show visibility irrespective of whether or not it is really benefiting the client or anybody. You should basically impress ppl sitting in Gurgaon. And they don't care how much effort you are putting for the client everyday. But you should show that you are doing something for the stupid useless COE. Effectively you are working for 2 companies - one is the client & the other is the COE, while only getting one company's salary. Now they are also forcing everyone to come to office 3 days a week. There is not enough seating availability in Bengaluru office. Literally they expect their employees to sit on the floor & work, which is so pathetic. And the company hasn't been giving proper hikes too and giving stupid reasons for it. The company is not doing so well because of the cheap useless COE politics, where nobody cares about whether the client is happy. They just want to throw some jargons that they are doing something fancy. Just talk about AI or other jargonny stuff in spotlight sessions everywhere & you're a star performer & you'll get promoted especially if you butter the worst COE leads & managers (helps if you are based out of gurgaon). Learning wise PS is good, access to Udemy for upskilling, certification drives.
Hiring process is biased and a total waste of time. Whether internal promotions or hiring, it feels more of corruption and politics than evaluating on qualifications. Good salaries to new joiners, but it costs them work life balance. Stable client base.
Working culture is not very good. Work life balance is not in their dictionary. They proudly ask people to be available on weekends. Currently grappling with financial crunch so no parties, no outing, no travel. No increment for majority of employees since 2 years. No full bonus to managers and above. Enforcing WFO.
