So many learning packages but no software ..

Dislikes

One you get hired you need to beg for project especially senior role. They don't have work for senior. Non technical person will comment about your tech skills. Apprisal is totally screwed. No one on one discussion. No ratings , no goal. Completely jugad system

No job security, they let go lot of folks specially who severed the company for long. Post merger with Publicis a lot of insecurity specially in leadership teams and many small groups are formed who are saving their own peoples.

Dislikes

I punched 75 hours a week and still the company asked me to go because I was not part of any mini group. Sapient was awesome with great leaders who all left post Publicis.

This company is having very strict lateral hiring process but they offer good compensation. They provide good opportunity. It's good for the people who is there since bigning or having good relationship with management but not good for lateral entry at senior profile.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up.
