Nothing at all, there is no increment in last two years, no promotions and asking employees to come to office 3 days a week.

Dislikes

They just give excuses for not giving the hikes company wise. There is no hikes since the day I joined, it's been around 2 years now. Job security is hell here, they are doing the silent firing by asking people to mandatory come to office and not giving any hikes. Avoid joining this company if you have any other option.

There is nothing to like in this organisation. In the last 3 years they have not done appraisal twice. There is no work life balance in any project. Working on weekend is expected in almost all projects. Leadership is people who are here for 20+ years. They reached their because they started early and not merit. Use this company to get better offer letter elsewhere.

No promotion No appraisal No recognition SAL2 are most overworked people in this org and never get any respect. They are the ones who actually run it on ground level. Leadership treats you like just a use and throw resource. No stability Delayed promotions because of politics. The leadership fears hardworking employees because they might grow bigger than them.

I have spent more than 3 years in Sapient working as a Senior Associate L1 at development side. Over all good company to work, to learn and to grow. Also the compensation is very good comparing to other companies in NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Delhi) location. Flexibility for office hours is one of the good thing. Work from is also allowed.
