I got lucky with managers once I got into a project. Motivated me to learn new tech. I am satisfied with the work I did - got exposure to aws

1. Client is king. If by any chance you get a bad lead or product manager from client side, there’s nothing much you can do. It was hellish for me but my immediate manager and my direct client managers support helped me to push through it 2. I got into my first project almost after 3 months of joining sapient. Client interviews forMorgan(s) were somewhat an uphill climb. I got rejected in third round if I remember right. But I think once you get a good project and maintain momentum second project might come in quickly. Having said that, bench time is a real thing and it depends on how smart you are to crack interviews plus your luck.
